The professional electric crepe maker has one 3/8" thick, finely polished cast iron plate. The surface is a highly scratch-resistant enamel coated over stone blast cast-iron. This surface eliminates the need for seasoning and discarding the first few crepes to come off the plate. Features and independent adjustable thermostat that ranges from 120 F for re-heating cooked crepes to 450 F to singe crepes. A warming drawer is built into the heavy-duty stainless steel frame. Produces about 1 crepe per minute.
